SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND
We understand that a change of environment can already be stressful for a cat. That is why we avoid creating additional stress whenever possible.
We do not move cats daily from cages to separate “play areas,” introduce them to unfamiliar animals, or disrupt their sense of personal territory.
Instead, each guest receives a private room where they can adapt at their own pace — resting, observing their surroundings, scratching, climbing, and becoming comfortable in a new environment without unnecessary pressure.
INDIVIDUAL APPROACH
We understand that every cat is unique.
At our cat hotel, we take into account each guest’s personality, habits, stress level, and ability to adapt to a new environment.
Some cats need more privacy and quiet, others enjoy additional attention, while some simply need time to settle in comfortably.
For this reason, we do not use a one-size-fits-all approach.
Before arrival, we discuss your cat’s regular diet, feeding schedule, habits, and individual care requirements to ensure the most comfortable stay possible.
PROFESSIONAL MONITORING
During your cat’s stay, we carefully monitor appetite, behavior, activity level, stress level, and overall well-being.
Thanks to many years of professional experience working with cats and our knowledge of basic veterinary care, we can quickly recognize changes in a cat’s condition and respond appropriately.
If necessary, we can contact the veterinarian we work with, including in emergency situations or whenever additional medical attention may be required.
